At the meeting presented representatives of oblast energy sphere, consumers of energy, representatives of local executive bodies and other concerned parties.

Moderator of meeting was chairman of energy Committee of Regional Council of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Karaganda Oblast  – S.Toregeldin.

Following subjects have been reviewed at the meeting:

1. Information of Anti monopoly inspection of Karaganda oblast as per reviewing issue of 100% prepayment by entrepreneurs for power. Lecturer: Sayat Shakhanov – deputy head of Anti monopoly inspection of Karaganda oblast.
2. About perspectives of operation of energy providing organizations. Lecturer: Ernar Kulpeisov – deputy director on economic issues of Chamber of entrepreneurs of Karaganda oblast
3. Reviewing of addressing of members of Expert society of DAREM of Karaganda oblast on works of E[pert society and conducting public hearings. Lecturer: Olga Vashilko – head of department on analysis and monitoring of departmental programs of Chamber of entrepreneurs of Karaganda oblast
